The Phoenix Group
Post: IT Systems and Communications Administrator
Hours: Part time - 20 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen, working across two established and busy practices, for an enthusiastic IT Systems and Communications Administrator. As two Practices, which are planning to merge, we focus on providing excellent personal care and a holistic approach to medical practice.
With a large clinical team supported by experienced receptionists and administrative staff we look after over 20,000 registered patients. We are based on five sites in and around Cirencester and Tetbury. Everyone working in the Practices is valued for the role they play in providing a high quality service for our patients.
The role of the IT Systems and Communications Administrator is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Practice’s computer systems, to develop clinical and other software installations as required at all of our sites and to manage patient facing communications. The role, therefore, requires an individual who can use both their technical and people skills to help deliver the IT support for the practice.
